On my way home waiting at a stop light I see my temp gauge rising and start to panic. Although this happened to me before and nothing went wrong and thought how the wire to the coolant sensor was snapped, may be my temp gauge was just off. I decided to pull over anyway in to a parking lot and found this greenish brown color under my oil cap. Is this a sighn of a bhg? My car was driving fine the whole time and I never went over 3000 rpm's. Pretty much just drove like a granny the whole time.

Wire that is snapped off.

Also I noticed no smoke coming from the exhaust while driving only after I started it up after leaving that parking lot. But then it went away.

How the fuel gauge would rise up after putting in a full tank of gas is about the speed at which my temp gauge started rising(may be a bit faster). On my many stops(because the temp gauge kept maxing out) I would turn the key to the on position, see my temp gauge is still in overheat, crank and start the motor and the temp gauge would drop instantly(just a little though) to normal operating temp, then rise again. While driving it would fluctuate sometimes. What I meant by when I said my temp gauge maxed out before was at a smog shop idling and saw the temp gauge rising so I shut it off and nothing happened, drove perfectly home.

Sorry for the long post, just trying to be as specific as I can.
