I raced a nsx

I was going to woodinville and I jumped on the freeway and relized this white nsx was sitting at a green light...? I was at a red light and then I relized he was waiting for my light to change green. so we pulled up next to each other he gave me the thumbs up and I am not sure what he had underneath the hood but it sounded great! Anyways he wooped my ass but we had fun cruising for about 10 miles ohhh and I killed an A4 along the way :]

i raced one on the highway i'm pretty sure it was stock but he was slow i have raced civics that where faster! what r ur mods? what do you know he had done to the nsx?

Well I have exhaust for now :] Hahaha its kinda funny because I am going to be running some serious power in about a week but I will let my soon to come build thread cover that!

I didnt get beat that bad probly like 2 car length but when he revd it hard he blew a part in his exhaust so I assume......... sparks came flyin out beneath him. it had to have some serious power it sounded really nice too.


But I am pretty sure he didnt go all out..... I couldnt hear his vtec lol


Too bad NSX's are bad ass they look so good. Dont be hatin. I drove one when I worked at acura and took it for a little test and there not slow!

You can't smoke an NSX with just an exhaust. They might be weak.. but not that weak.

the nsx is a great track car its no hp gaint but they are still fast

i didn't say all i had was exhaust my mods are full 3inch turbo back no cat, ct-26 50 trim @ 12psi, large front mount, k&n on cooleeze intake pipe. i run 13.6 @ 101.5 with 2.00 60 foot times. i also raced him on the highway from a 60mph roll. the nsx was SLOW. he could prbably beat me on some twisties but on the highway and at the strip they are not that impressive. i think the fastest stock 1/4 mile was a 93 or 94 and it was like a 13.9 with a pro driver.

NSXs aren't that fast. I raced one with my brother's M3 (210whp) and he couldn't leave me, I couldn't beat him. Be it this was an early 90s NSX, but even the later NSX weren't that much faster then the old ones.

oh my bad i i didn't mean to sound like an ass i just wanted to explain mor b/c you are probably right you can't beat an nsx with just exhaust. but maybe full exhaust and 12psi of boost depending on the year of the nsx.
