I'd say $4200 is not bad if it's a Turbo. If not your probably gonna be spending a big chunk of change swapping it over. I picked up a 91 Turbo with 89k miles for $4100 that was in great shape in July.

If it was a clean turbo and under 100k miles I'd pay $4000+ for it depending on mileage. but a N/A with 180k to me is not worth more then $1,500.

im doing an engine swap so mileage doest matter just the shell and its been garaged and its in good condition so i just need a clean shell that will run for about 6 month then do a swap!

If you're going to do a swap in 6 months, then no problem. But I'd say at most 4k with the problems that you listed being fixed. If not, then 3500 max. The Supra ain't a cheap car, and if you go cheap on it, then it won't last too much longer.

nice clean car, but not worth 4200.
3k max, with those miles, be ready to dump about 2k in repairs into it.

I'd say go for it, can even a original 7mT last 180k+ miles? If it's lasted that long, it must have been cared for, or had work done, maybe...
