I need new shocks

a quick question.. shocks at autozone are either 12.99 or 74.99 each. Obviously I'd go with the 74.99 ones.. but tokicos are only 68.99... I can only afford one set right now, so would it be bad to run the tokicos in the rear and stickers up front?

I would think so, but just thought I'd check with you guys.

Do you mean $112?

You can mix them if you want, it's not optimal, but still safer than blown shocks. The tokico blues aren't much stiffer than stock anyway.

Yeah, i would get them, except for the fact they would blow when i set the car on the ground.

How did you come to this assumption?

If you're strapped for cash it'd be smarter to grab 4 of the cheap shocks and have a balanced car than half assing it...

if your talking about the monroe shocks. you will be fine..i used to have those with h&r springs

Well I forgot that i was about to scrap out a car, so ill probably just get a full set of tokicos..
