well it needs a new crankshaft and bearings most likely anyway, the engine has less than 20k on new bearings and it's not knocking or anything..... I figured out why the oil pressure was messed up... the Wire that goes on the side the block that powers the oil pressure gauge was unplugged... plugged it back in, All is well...

Does the guy buying it know that it's going to overheat if he drives it for more than a few minutes? Is he towing it home or driving it?

It's ok, when the driver gets the car and it overheats he'll register on SupraMania and post about the problem.

It's a little dirty to sell a car with a problem and not tell the buyer whats all wrong with it.. What if he don't mind the problems and he wants to fix it up... here in Indiana that would be considered a lemon car.. and you would either have to pay for the repairs or refund his money.. just food for thought.

I'm sure he's told them of these short comings, and if he hasn't then, he'll probably rot in the enternal pits of hell............just kidding.

Good luck with your sale, and just tell him that BHG just comes with the title.

I never said it was ok, but I don't really have the power to stop him.

we still don't know if that's what his intentions are. He might have told the guy everything wrong with the car, and if he didn't, I would rather not know about it.

The pulley is off because the snout of the crank is fubar'd. Search under his user name, and you'll see it.

The reason it overheats is because there aren't any belts on it, due to the fact the dampener is off.

If the buyer pops the hood, and takes a look, as any one buying a car should, he/she should see the problem right away. It's kinda hard to miss....
