I need advice from Supra owners....

1st. your going to be in school, that means you can either realistically walk pretty much to all of your classes and if you do need a ride, bum it off of someone. I kept my supra and I drive it for pleasure, I've got a bike that gets me to work, and plenty of roommates/friends that when we go out, I ride with them.
You won't be as dependent on the supra as you think, KEEP IT, you will regret selling it only to find out you really never had too. That and you just said your engine has been rebuilt, as for the honda, its an accord for one, it doesn't get the MPGs what your thinking it does, its not a light weight civic, and its going to prolly have problems soon with those type miles on it.
