haha, no worries. There's a fine line between a mature mechanic and one without respect of someone elses' property. I can assume which side of the fence you sit on, but for every 1 of you, there are 5 immature mechanics that will mess with people's property. I know all too well, and I'v heard horror stories from individual immature mechanics, and victims.

Yeah, it was like 20 miles, he just alwyas talks like it NEVER happens... It was just sweet irony for me.

There's a simple fix if you're worried about joy rides... Get yourself a pad of receipts or something like that with a carbon copy page from Walmart, write the mileage on it when you drop it off and tape the carbon page to the dash in plain view. No joy ride, no need to get ugly.
