What is in demand for mkiii's but no supply? Stuff that can be made of fiberglass or carbon fiber. Im wanting to start small and go from there. I want to eventually make molds of everything so that if its needed or wanted again in the future I have it. I know the moulding was demanded but dont know if it was ever made? Also want to make a carbon fiber insert for the radio area. I have been debating on fenders and fiberglass or CF replacement interior panels(the plastic ones that break!). Let me know and if I get a high enough demand I will make them.

does no one make them at all? And ill check to see what condition ours is in tomorow a.m. if its.not in good condition ill check my buddies then ill see what the demand is and make a mold. I feel if that part is in demand it would be a good starting point also which is a plus!

In for a plastic or fb undercover.

There is a big demand for those if there not crazy expensive. Iirc they were around 120$ ish new.

I forget how far they go but I'd be in for something that covers the bottom of the front bumper from side to side.

Okay cool. ill def be checking the condition of our undercover tomorow.

And you mean something that follows the curve of the front bumper and then would connect to say the undercover annd also go to the wheel wells so no opening under the front? im sure I could make a one piece undercover that does all this or an extension. that wouldnt be too hard.

I will second the 6.5 sealed speaker enclosures.

Door sills
Front Lips
Kaminari(sp?) style rear 3 piece wing

I've never understood why people want someone to make the undercover in the aftermarket. Toyota sells them for $120. That's CHEAP? There's NO WAY anybody could make any profit by selling a molded fiberglass or CF version of that undercover for that price. I would be amazed if a CF version was anywhere under $500.

Any pictures of recent parts you have produced/reproduced?
Or will this be your first venture into the world of composites?

I have worked at a composites shop. I mainly was building fiberglass and CF parts for jetskis and boats. Ill check my comp when I get home to see if I have any pics of what I have done.

Engine undercover. There was someone in the past that was planning on reproducing those, but never got around to it.
Not a terrible idea, but making one of good quality for the same money (or reasonably close to OEM) is going to be difficult.

They're approximately as wide as the main opening in the bumper, but the fog light areas have their own under cover plastics on some cars.

If you can do all window trim; front sides and hatch, you would have to beat people away from throwing money in your face. I would most definitely be one of them.

We have decided on making the window trim. we will be offering it in CF and FG and will be sold in sets (front, sides, rear). IT will be about a month or two before you guys see these. we are missing a few pieces so we will be piecing those together. i will keep you guys updated on our progress.
