I found a little device up under my dash that I don't want. :rant: It's one that has been known to cause MUCH grief! It's an HKS Fuel Cut Defender!!!

Can I just cut the stupid thing out of there or should I just leave it alone?

The reason I ask is because I'll be installing my 550's, Walbro, Wideband, and MAFT Pro in a few months. I plan on running Air/Speed Density. Will the fuel cut defender cause any issues with that setup?

if i was you i would take it out and resell it. surely someone would buy it maybe no one from the forums but put it on ebay or something, see what happens. i too am going MAFT Pro :].

iirc, MAFT-Pro already has 'signal clamping' feature, so you don't need FCD with it.
