Just noticed that my oil pan looks much different from everyone elses. I dont have the casting for where the drain flange should go. Also the dipstick hole and the low oil level sensor are opposite.

Can I still use this pan or should i order another one?

That is a mid sump pan. IIRC it will fit but will be VERY close to the xmember. The rear sump is the one you need (out of a sc300/supra). Buy a blown GE engine out of a SC for $50-100 and steal the oilpan. Its stamped for the return as well.

I thought I bought a 2jz out of an Sc300...?

With the rear sump pan would i have to buy another pick up or do they all work regardless of pan orientation.

Anyone have a rear sump I can buy?

mid sump pan is fine, i used it in both my 89+ crossmember and my 86.5 crossmember.

you don't have to change anything, you have the windage, pickup, and both upper and lower pans.

Do you have pics of where you put your oil drain fitting?

not right now. i'll get some if you want. but my setup is for a big single, not the twins.

oil drain line went down and has a little bend in it to keep it 1-2" away from the manifold.

Dont worry about the pics. I was thinking about using a bulk head fitting, not sure if that would work.

If you would please just open the picture in paint and mark where you put your oil drain on the upper pan?
