I finally drove today!

Guys--I finally drove for the first time today! I am soo happy. I am aware of the fact that many of you are probably going to now assume im imature and young, but we are all supra owners, so please dont put me down!

Anways, im just generally happy for driving!

Actually it wasnt enjoyable at all my suspension is shot and I had a rod knock and it smelled bad now that I realize it I hate my supra and thanks alot s383mmber1 for making me feel like crap.


I let you guys know how it drives after the motor swap and the new suspension.

I can relate. I bought my supra in november and im not even gonna bother insuring it or getting plates until winter is over. So its just sitting in my garage. All i can do is stare at it, sit inside, and do some mods. Oh yeah and start it up every day.

Yeah, its jsut so un real for me. But unfortunatly i get so much shit from kids at school. I live in a area were kids are spoiled as fuck and drive mustang gt's with 20 inch rims. Kids just simply points and laugh at 15+ year old cars. They just dont understand. They dont have a job, and they dont know what a job even is. I worked hard for my supra, and to finally drive it is something AMAZING!

Well don't get defensive about driving your supra. Just go with it and one day they will see what your Supra can do. But do it with a timeslip or dyno sheet! Not on the street! I'm dealing with my third speeding ticket now and its NOT FUN!

Trust me, i am not like 90 pecents of teens out there. I will not street race. and i mean that 100 percent honestly. I live reletivly close to a track and drag strip, so why would i take that chance? I am not saying i wont have my little acceleration "spurts", but by no means do i plan on racing on the street.

ive had my license for 2 weeks and i got a ticket for turning on red....
be carefull and how old are you? ur lucky because it is snowing here and i cant take the supra out yet but i got my alero so it does but congrats and be carefull with the cops... power to young supra owners

yeah i guess your right, but i will not street race---

and adam- I bought this car off blood and sweat-i had to work 3 jobs for a month/7 dyas a week. Iworked my ASS OFF!--not ranting, jsut letting ya know!

Congrats man, Just feel the pride in working for something you love and deserve when the spoiled kids brag about what their parents bought them. I know the feeling, the younger kids in my school think they're the man cuz their parents bought them H2's and Maxima's with tv's and rims.:nono:
The first time I drove my car it was after 6 days of hard rain, and a leaky targa=seat puddle, and it was tough going through the gears cuz it hadn't been driven much, but I still loved it. I didnt even know the stereo wasn't connected to any speakers until the 4th time I drove it. I was too excited for music:icon_bigg

well if you drive responsibly nothing will happen, take care of your supra it hurts to see them injured, shes fragile so be careful...i havent had any speeding tickets yet...and my brother is still whooping me ( Lotus Elise)...adn he laughs...i need to stop thinking aloud, anyways good luck with the police, they aere attracted to supras jsut like we are :3d_frown:
