You use grinding compound and a stick with a suction cup and twirl it backwards and forwards lifting it every so often to give it a new start/stop position! (man I spent so many hours as a kid doing this when I was first learning motors)

Looks pretty stock to me, I have a 90 looks similar except steering wheel and I have blue leather not burgundy, I just wouldnt' want a 89 I like even years, LOL.

He shoulda say, "be just like toretto in this wicked fast JDM TIGHT SUPRA YO" LMAO.

The finishing touch to a valve job. I don't know if it's still done. Old school for sure. I just got done doing it on my spare head.
