I broke a sensor. help

ok, if your looking at the engine from the front of the car, theres about 5 sensors that are in the general area of where the radiator pipe goes into the engine. ... I broke one of them. Where is there a diagram that can tell me which one it is so i can go get it from a shop? or... maybe just a diagram that tells me how important it is....

or... if thats impossible, how do i get another?

You can get a replacement from a junk yard,or you can get a brand new one from the dealer wich is usually better.

sounds like you might have snapped off of the thermostat. post a pic of the one you broke and we can help you better.

I dont think i snaped off the thermostat

It could be one of many sensors.One is for the temp gauge,another for the A/C sensor,another for the A/C fans and the last I think is a temp/vac sensor,it has 2 vac lines going to it.

yep, that's the thermostat. You better replace it...
Which sensor did you break?
one of the three on "top" or one of the twoo down low/ behind things?
Or was it the one with vaccum lines on it that goes to the charcoal canister?

Oh shit. I think I got the Aux fan and temp sensor reversed. hehe... Probably explains why my fan kicks early and my temp gauge dosent move.
