HVAC issued

Hey guys,I'm having some issues with the hvac system in my 87. Basically, everything is plugged in (as far as I can tell) and yet the vent control servo isn't doing its job. When I press the button corresponding with the desired air direction, nothing happens. I have tried two known working hvac control units.

I have been having a lot of trouble finding other threads with this issue, can anyone help me out or guide me to the proper information?

I have these three butt connectors that aren't connected to anything coming out of the loom for the driver side vent servo

Ok thank you I'll try it this weekend, but I feel like I will be removing the dash board to figure this out

I tried using the short test connector (i guess that's what it's called) and nothing happened. Symptoms persist. Heater only blows on low speed, no vent directions change. New heater blower resistor, everything plugged in.
