i hope he gets life in prison, since i don't like the death penalty.
life in prison is cheaper and a worse punishment, in my opinion.

regardless, i think he will be sentenced with death.

Well, whatever they decide to do with him is their business. He screwed them up, so its the turn of his people to decide what to do with him. Despite what we all might want to happen to this berk, it's a matter thats out of our hands. Maybe for the better as well - if he was turned over to us - you'd end up with a situation much like the one Slobodan Milosevic ended up in - wasting taxpayers money at The Hague.
