humming in the pumpkin

:1zhelp:i recently changed my gear fluid in my lsd and now some time after i am getting a hum when i am
in 2, 3, and 5 gears.... what could it be....

How many miles on the LSD? Getting any chatter when you turn at low speed?

Considering the noise goes away in fourth gear (guessing there is too much going on in the drive train to hear the noise in first) i would guess transmission problem (IE countershaft problem).

How do you know the noise is coming from the rear end?

yup when in second if turning to slow.
