HUGE bug... what is it?

Bout a half inch long.

Flew in my room, and flew around my skylight. I sprayed it with GM glass cleaner and it fell on my shirt. I screamed like a bitch and whacked it off me.. Caught it in this red cup and poured some cheap vodka i had sitting around in there. I think it's dead.

Anyone seen one of these?

if its that bad man goto home depot & buy some bee/wasp killer. it kills just about any kind of insect. i had a ferocious battle against over 40 horseflies & i killed em all in 1 spray =)

UPDATE!!!

i put the bug outside in the sun. vodka has dried out. he wasnt moving but now he's got his head on the ground and moving his arms slowly. I think he's drunk.
