3in DDP with full catback, 57 trim upgraded ct26, 550cc, lexus afm, spearco FMIC, hhks bov, KN FIPK kit, MHG with 8.6-1 ratio stock internals. What psi is safe/reliable for the 57 trim upgraded ct26 and factor that in. This is probably gonna be my setup come the end of the year. Thx

Valve shims within the right clearance.
Tolerances between cam caps and cams within spec.
Rod and main bearings within spec.
Compression and leakdown both good.
TPS within spec.
Correctly working KS.
AFM resistance within spec.
Cooling system fully refreshed with new parts.
New oil pump.
Oil pump drive shaft within spec.
Egr system cleaned out.

Basically, making sure you have a fully refreshed engine before you dive into modding your car like that. If you don't, it will break, period.

As for your original question, I would expect you to make about 300-330HP on low boost(~10psi) with that setup, provided the engine is fresh, as stated above.
