howling noise

Timing or firing order sounds way off(hesitation when starting), and something is hung up in one of the belts. Could be the tensioner is to tight, as well, or one of the belts is rubbing one of the timing belt covers. Recheck the firing order and timing belt alignment, as well as the distributor alignment.

chk the radiator hose, the top and bottom....if not that it might be a spark plug or something of that nature that loose..
