I've got this paper towel stuck in my pcv pipe. I carelessly shoved it down in there with a philips head screwdriver to try and clean it out. Now a wad of it is stuck in it and WILL NOT come out.

Things I've tried:
-Clothes hanger shoved up there
-Water pressurized through it
-Paint thinner left to sit in there for an hour
-Butane torch in the pipe just after I emptied out the paint thinner
-Butane torch on the pipe to the point where the metal is red

LOL, Im sorry. Im not laughing AT you Im laughing WITH you ;)

Im betting the carbon deposits thenselves are just as much of the obstruction now as the towel. The paper is probably just the filler now.

I would aslo try compressed air. What about steam? try boiling it in soapy water for a little while, then hit it with compressed air. maybe try the high pressure water hose at a car wash? (wear safety gloves please)

I'd think the clothes hanger would be your best bet. If it's bending, twist a few of them together and put a little kink at the end of it that will act at a claw. Just keep stabbing at the towel and it should slowly break it apart enough to where you can push it right through.

Turbofreak....your threads are fun LOL

If you get paper towel stuck in a pcv system and try to use a torch to get it out.....you just might be a redneck!
