Don't be surprised if the car doesn't run right for a while after. The ECU has to relearn so its normal

No it won't really. The ecu just relearns fuel. Mine takes a while i guess because i have larger injectors and it runs bad rich while its relearning. It won't stay running on its own either.
If your car stalls because of the bov tighten the spring with the nut on the top. Im sure it will go away after that.
