Hey guys my friend FUCKED my hub up almost thought i was going to have to cut my wheels off and in tears then finally got the nut off. I took the caliper off and unbolted the tie rod so far(friends dumbass idea).

I can't figure out how the hub comes off with out taking the steering knuckle off and don't really want to do that.

Also I unbolted the abs sensor and its a bitch it wont slide out does anyone have experience with the front i hit the sensor with a hammer LOL yes im a dumbass and bent this little bracket attached to the wire.

Basically I need to figure out how to remove the hub with out removing the knuckle if possible

At least have him there to pass you tools, give you a drink when thirsty.... slap him everytime you get stumped or frustrated. I'm sure you can find some use for him.

so its just teh wheel studs your replaceing? if you you should be able to knock them out where the caliper was, then install new ones thats way. the tin rotor sheild may be in the way, but just remove it.

ok so i had the bolt off the upper ball-joint then my friend and i decided to thread it on a bit so we can hit it with a hammer easier.. so after that we couldnt unscrew it the balljoint just keeps turning. We even tried to squeeze it with pliers its just being a bitch. we ended up taking the whole control arm off with the knuckle

You're not supposed to hit the upper ball joint bolt or nut with a hammer at all. The threads are probably messed up from doing that. To pop the upper ball joint apart you're supposed to take the ball joint nut off and then hit the side of the cast iron knuckle where the ball joint went through. One sharp hit with a medium sized hammer and it will pop right apart. This is also the best way to take the tie rod end apart. You could do the same with the lower joint, but the 3 bolts are easier to take out. Taking it apart like this will not damage the knuckle or the joint, unless you use a sledgehammer or something ridiculous.

This guy is using two hammers, which is the best way, but sometimes there's only room for one.
