how to read cel codes??

how do you read cel on a 88 supra turbo?? just turn key to ignition and watch it blink or something??

e1 & te1 on dianose block in engine bay with paper clip then sit in car turn ign on and count the flashes.

code 21 .... o2 sensor. The person who owned my supra b4 me bypassed the o2 plug by just soldering the wires and now they undid. Any1 know witch wire sobers were??? 2blk 1 blue on o2 .... harness its brown wire, blk and orange wire and orange and green wire

You're not going to do yourself any favor by trying to redo what they did.
You need to replace the sensor and connect it properly.

Any1 know what order the wires plug into the harness?? like im thinking brown with blue and the two black with the other two striped wires and i guess a little trial and error and i should get it
