Unplug your manual boost controller, and see if it boosts correctly. I think the problem is more related to the reinstallation of the head than the ddp install.

just make sure you plug the vaccuum line back into the wastegate actuator. :) that would be very bad!

DDP works flawlessly for me, too.

I took my mbc off today and took it for a test drive and it's still the same thing. It boosts to like 18 psi quick, which is a good thing, but if I don't let off the throttle it will stutter. I guess it just means I'm hitting fuel cut, but it feels different than before when I was hitting it before the lexus afm swap. Would anyone suggest an electronic bc or just go with the maft pro? Thanks.

Turbo xs boost controllers aren't usually recommended as I have been told. My performance shop say they don't hold boost well and people usually end up throwing them out. I only asked if it had a light spring feature because those boost controllers are only suggested to hold only about 5 psi over stock boost.

Thanks for your help Boss. Every suggestion is duly noted and processed. All I have is the stock fuel pressure regulator so I can't tell you how much fuel pressure I have. I may order one from HPF since I have a couple of items to return.................lol
