If its hard to turn stopped at idle and is easier when moving or revs up then theres a good chance its the idle up valve or the vacuum lines. There's 2.

I have checked the vacuum line that runs to underneath the Accordion Hose. I see the other one in the TSRM. The idle up valve you mention is called the solenoid valve per the PPS section of the TSRM right? (http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=SR&P=90) If true, could the speed sensor connector (When I look at the diagram, it looks like the speed sensor has an electrical connector or plug that runs from the solenoid valve) be the plug I'm looking at in my picture from post #17? Tomorrow evening I'll continue to troubleshoot per TSRM. Maybe I can help somebody else if I can get this figured out. Thanks for the responses.

Are you discounting that you may have routed the harness wrong and that's why it won't reach? Pull the glove box find the pps pins run a wire from the pin to the plug then run some power to one end and see if it comes out the other.

The two plugs reach to each other easily (in the picture the white plug has plenty of extra reach from its position in the picture)and will try to connect together, but the connectors themselves are different from each other and will not plug up to one another. It could've been possible I routed the harness a little off, but everything else is connected (and those two wires in the picture reach to each other. Besides that gray plug I circled in red, there are not any other connectors in the vicinity that are not connected nor reach.

Problem fixed. Those two connectors I circled are from different years I think and would not mate up. After trimming the gray connector I was able to push them together, and now I have power steering.

Thanks for posting that. Someone might have the same problem in the future, search, and find this thread. Nothing is quite as frustrating as searching and finding 5 threads of other people with the same problem, and a combination of no follow-up, no answer, and/or someone telling them to search

Agreed. This is a fine example of how to finish off a thread so that it will be useful for future reference.
