I made several of them. To tell you the truth I have made some crazy designs over the years and that is still amazing simple to setup for. Lower Alt, extended a few things, FMIC(which everyone should upgrade anyways!), New IC pipes(everyone should upgrade and go bigger anyways), and you get to keep all the stock amenities! Yes it was flow tested on a Super Flow flow bench. Numbers are floating around somewhere but as some one mentioned the manifold is pressurized therefore all cylinders have air. I personally made 440rwhp at only 18psi w/ fuel cut kicking in on my very first one:

But now that I am onto a crazy setup like this, I miss the simplicity!
But for people looking for 500rwhp or less and don't want to spend the big money you can't go wrong with one of those!! Just my two cents but as personal experience. Also torque numbers we extremely good with that setup!(443rwtq!)
