Today I installed my poly bushings on my upper ctrl arms up front. It seemed Like it was going to be a big task but wasn't too bad. The lowers will suck Im sure. I got the puller tool from harbor freight for $17 part#40966. It comes in a pack of 3 and is your standard 2 jaw puller. Worked well with lube applied. The hard part is bending the bushing flange to expose the arm so you can have something for the puller to grip on. I used my air hammer. (good strong snap on) but as long as you move it back some or cut that part off you can do it. I have Pics and a vid below. enjoy and ask questions if ya need to. Not repping any shop but just saying were I got my bushings from with damn near next day service.

Cool.
I had bought a brand new set of control arms, and didn't want to destroy brand new bushings, but I found that pushing them out really didn't hurt them.
I did this:

Same idea, just a different tool.

Top front bushing are easy to get out. Bottom front ones were never intended to be removed. The rears all come out, but I needed to work a 30 ton press really hard to make it happen. Each time the bushing moved it sounded like a gunshot went off. That tool above will be hard pressed to get the bottom rears out.

yep yep. I did the right side lower front today. Same tool had to take a bit more off tho. aka the lower bolt for the shock then the sway bar link. I got aftermarket links so it was no issue for me but all the stock guys should beware or just do sway bars & links at the same time and cut the old 1s off.

Thanks for the write up/video and keep the info coming. Like Dan Ive been sitting on a full set for about a year. However, i may buy the black set as i hear that they have something in them to help reduce noise.
