i bought my first the day before my 18th b-day, it was my first car. i wish i still had that one.

I was going to ignore this thread, because it's difficult to work out the timeline.
As I can recall, I was about 23 when I got my first Supra. It was an '82, and that would have been about 1991. Since then I've had several Mk2 models and the '89 that I'm driving now, which I've had for ~4 years now.
I'd still be driving Mk2s if I could find one in decent shape.

38. I bought it as an NA w/BHG in '92 for 10K. Had it rebuilt. Drove it around as an NA 'til 2003 when it developed another BHG. Then I decided to put a little excitement into the car and dropped in a rebuilt 7MGTE, R154 and LSD, one that came with an '87 turbo. I like the car even more! Van
hah... i got my mk3 89na auto supra at 15 and a half and got my license at 16 and 1month old. then my mark4 at 19 =]
Yeah, I'm pretty much sick of the thing. I've only kept it this long because it's reliable, cheap to own, and makes me money but it's time for something different.

i was 18 when i got my first 85mk2. man did i love that car!!the feeling and the old schoolism of it was just awsome!! had a total of 5-mk2 and 2-mk3.

That said, I think I was 19 when I first got mine.
Got my first (and only) one at age 42. Hopefully it'll be back on the road by the time I turn 44.
It's an 88 GTE that had been (to be kind) neglected, or (to be honest) abused. It was bad enough that I've basically been restoring it from the ground up, a little at a time. Finally got the engine and (I hope) all the needed replacement engine compartment electronics & stuff ready to go back in and get her up and running. Body is very good, interior pretty trashed, but I've got some good seats waiting to go in.
