I'm kinda low on money right now, so as much as I love my car I'm thinking of selling it, if I were to get enough money. I just wanna know how much I should sell it for. It's a 1988 Targa Top, NA automatic. The interior is perfect. The exterior has a few dings here and there but not very many at all, and they were already covered in touch up paint by the last owner. The engine has been running strong for the last 500 miles since I changed the valve cover gaskets. So what would you say it's worth?

EDIT: and it's missing a moulding piece between the wheel and the door.

You're probably not going to like it, but I would say around two grand. It's definately worth more to keep it because you can't get anything for it. I personally don't like the NA or automatic, but it seems like a good daily driver. I paid $3500 for my car and it was turbo'd and the interior was as good as it gets. Good luck either way.

its not a bad car but like jay said itd prolly be easier just to keep it, your gonna want another supra and its gonna prolly cost more than what you sell that for.

it would be a good daily driver but $2000-$2500 tops.

I got my MINT 87 NA 5speed, leather, tems, 4.3 LSD, awesome paint, not a spec of rust, and a few things in it, for 2 grand.

I would say start at an asking price of 2000....

Put $2500 o.b.o. and a phone # on the back window, and drive it. Cars that are driven sell much better than cars that are sitting. Even better if it has working A/C and heat.

There's always a sucker that just has to have your car, and will pay what you want. You just have to be patient enough to wait for them to find you....

I bought my NA non targa 5 spd for 1800, it has 140k miles and a little rust here and there. I had someone offer me 2500 for it. So it is possible to get some money, but like everyone else has been saying. NA and Auto are the downfalls.
