How much power can you get on the stock turbo?

sure they are. brake horsepower (or since you are in london perhaps you are talking british horsepower) is horsepower made at the motor with no drivetrain or accessory loss. rear wheel horsepower is horsepower measured power at the wheels.

and yes, bone stock turbo at 17ish psi i think. it was almost 10 years ago. the turbo held up but i believe she cooked the headgasket no too long after.

I think you asked the wrong question. The question should have been, How much h.p have people made on a stock ct26 with what mods.?
You get actual figures then instead of random guessing.
