If you want to peak a 1jz go with a standalone such as the plug and play stinger its afordable as well.
Most people will not run a engine at peek boost hp all the time because you dont want to boost more then 15-17psi on pump gas depending on tune/managment.
Race fuel or meth I have heard up to 30psi on metal hg is possible.

All said and done you are running the twins well beyond what they were designed for and they will not last long. I think most people run the stock twins right around 14psi. This should net you around 300whp with supporting mods and a tune.
Like i said the stock twins can last from 5 minutes to a couple years running at stock boost or 18psi. It all depends on the condition of the twins and shear luck of the draw. If you want big power a big single is the way to go.
