how much did your paint job cost

just wondering...i'm trying to get the sup inspected then i'm getting some estimates for a full paint job.theres minor rust on rear quarters and some on the spare tire well so some new metal mite have to go in.just wondering what it cost you guys...i have a 2k budget can i make it?

Mine was around $250. It didnt come out that bad either. As long as you do all the prep work such as wet sanding in between coats and let them just to the painting, your good.

agreed^ friend did that with maco only thing you gotta watch out for is their over spray so id tape it off myself and trailer it

I have had my mk3 painted white with blue pearl no body work = 2500.00 did all the removal/ assembly of parts myself. my mk4 black minor bodywork, removal/ assembly wetsanding and buffing myself = 2500.00 .

ok, i dont think anyone can beat the deal I got... $550 for painting including moldings in the fenders, the kaminari sides and rear, and the paint itself....although I did help with a lot of the prep work...wanted to paint it myself but didnt have anywhere to go.
