Interesting how the most popular ones you guys find were the 89s. I wonder if that was the most popular seller for the mkiii line?

I've bought 4 supras, sold 3 in the last 4 years. Two 87NAs, one 91t, one 90t. Still have the 90t, counted as one of the 14 in the list above..

seems like 89's are the most common and second most common seems to be 87's

Someone posted a link not too long ago to a site that had the exact number of supras produced. If i can remember i think the largest number was produced in 86.5, then 87, 88, etc.

I have owned two and will probably own a third before I call it quits.

First: 87 burgandy N/A Hardtop auto. Mild mods mostly a DD. Ugly as hell, but dependable. I sold it to a friend for half of what I had invested, then it promptly BHG'd on him.:nono:

Current: 89 silver Turbo Targa 5-speed. Bought it with the BHG, and rebuilt it. Still working out all the kinks, and upgrading when possible. Might keep it might not.

If I get another it will be a 91-92 white, blue, teal, or black turbo sunroof auto.

Me just 2 I've owned the 87T in dark blue was my first one. I shouldn't have let her go If the wife wasn't forcing me to sell it since I had 5 cars at one point. Anyway, the latest one I got is a silver 90T bought with a BHG but took care of that and the car runs like a champ. Just need to smog it soon.

Tanya, you really love MKII's....ever give a mkiii turbo a try?

I have tried twice to buy two different mk3 turbo cars in Florida, both times they were bought out from under me. Mainly wanted one bc it was a good mk2 donor, the other one may have actually made a nice daily driver.

The first turbo car I've ever driven was a mk3, it was last year too, but I stayed out of boost the whole time so I could remain a boost virgin :biglaugh:

I think I am destined to be a mk2 whore for the rest of my life.

owned a mk2 for about two hours brought it off a guy for a beer, no shit. coil was fried so he didn't want to pay a tow fee I couldn't rig it to run so I said fuck it.

besides that I still have my 1st and I'm pretty sure my only mk3 still. once I'm done with this one move up to a mark 4.

^^ Lol Coincidence couse I've had a different supra each year since I turned 17 too!

3 A70's... First was a 90 NA targa, second was a 87 turbo hard top, third and hopefully the one I keep is a 87 Turbo Targa. All were 5 speeds...

My first car that'll never be sold: 88 Turbo Targa though originally an auto. Second car was an 89 Turbo Hardtop Auto; only auto car I've owned and will be until I'm old. Here's both:

I used to have two, then I crushed one. Blasphemy, I know.

I'm not sure that even warrants a comment..
