How Hard?

bought another supra; 5spd, 89. non-turbo. and my question is how hard is it and whats is the differences between the turbo and na version?...the main point is how hard could it be to swap in a 1jz into this na supra and do i just have to run a turbo ecu or somthing similiar?

oh yea..forgot but it dont say anything bout the diff..is it the same as the turbo?
