Have you tried to tighten them? Its a PITA, But doable. Mine were only finger tight. Somehow managed to get a ratchet on them and tighten them down. Hadn't leaked since.

driftmotion sells a softline kit for the ct26. Its easier if you remove the turbo and attach the lines off the car, that way you can make sure it has a clean surface for the new gaskets.

Or just replace the 2 gaskets and 2 copper washers and be done...

I can help with the valve cover gasket issue. I strongly advise NOT going with felpro gaskets. I got some from autozone for that job, and they were way too big and would never seal right. Go with ones from toyota, or if you can find them, there is some company (can't for the life of me remember the name) that makes a set of silicone valve cover gaskets, and they come with a new set of grommets. Fab stuff. I have them and they seal wonderfully.

Good luck.

Its not too bad. You must unhook the downpipe, air inlet tube, turbo heat shield, support brace, Unbolt the turbo feed line banjo bolt from the block, remove the 2 nuts from the return line to the block, unhook the 2 little coolant lines to the turbo, unbolt turbo from the manifold, remove turbo, remove the feed line/returnline combo, remove old gaskets, clean gasket surface on the turbo and the return port on the block. Install new gaskets, Instalation is reverse of removal. If I missed any steps someone add them in lol.

Indeed, but his post does say replace the line, so I pointed him in that direction incase his line is actualy compromised.

My oil lines worked their way loose on my turbo, and created an air gap that allowed oil to cake, clogging the feed line, and oil starving my turbo. It ended when it snapped the spindle. Of course, your turbo could be leaking from it's seals. Is it smoking at all?

BTW.....If it is your first time removing those lines, you will question yourself about why you didn't pay somebody, before you get finished. The upper two nuts holding the turbo to the manifold are a pain in the ass, especially the one on the right. One of the 3 nuts on the downpipe is not as hard, but still a little fun. It's best if you unbolt the oil lines from the block after you have the bolts off of the turbo itself. You don't want to let the oil lines bend much at all, if any. This will aid the re-installation.

If you pull the CT, buy the soft line kit. I went through 5 CTs and never got the soft line kit but damn I wish I had. It is the most frustrating job I have ever done on a car but I got really good at it. Nobody should be practiced enough to be good at that job...
