But, at any rate, :gotrice:. It's just changing color when it hits the vvt-i, not when it's getting close to redline.

vvt-i doesn't kick in until 6500rpm? Doesn't seem like you get much out of it if it's only engaged for 1000rpm.

What he said.. and now adays it is even easier beacue there are LED's with 3 colors on it so not much space is needed for all those LEDs

The new nobles change color to yellow when close to redline and red when at redline. Its made for racing so you dont have to watch the tach at all and can still be right near redline.

Could make it go Coolant Red when it goes BHG for a 7M and maybe Piss Yellow for when a 1Jz makes torque.......... ummm hang on like that's ever gonna happen ;) (they have that feature stock just no one has ever seen it change)
