How do i test my ECU? I think shes a bum...

So im not getting pulse to my injectors... so i tried a 12v light as a noid light on one of my pig tail... I know... I know... It was a noob mistake!!! Well i think that killed that pin on the ecu!!! because pin 25 the one that controls the 2/6 injectors now does not get any pulse...
all my other piggy tails get a prime pulse when i first turn on the fuel pump!!!
I also get solid continuity threw all injector wires!!!
So... Question is;
How do i know if my ECU is bummed out!?!??!?!?!?

Also the prime pulse only works when i jump the diagnostic port threw E1 and TE1... The ECU also shows no codes!!!
