I have a clog in the fuel system that I concluded is coming from the tank. I disconnected the fuel line from the tank to fuel filter, started the car and no fuel comes out but you can hear the pump pumping. I never dropped the tank before. Can some one help? If you have any idea where the clog can be that will help too.

Open the hatch and to the right of the spare tire youll see a silver plate with 3 screws. Take that off and disconnect the 2 plugs in it. Pop the fuel door and remove the gas cap + plastic trim around the filler neck.
Jack the back of the car up and support it. Take off all of the fuel lines. Then undo the two straps and drop the tank. It would also be wise to drain the tank (Theres a plug on the bottom for this, a 3/8 ratchet extension fits perfectly).
You'll have to slide the tank towards the muffler side a little to get the filler neck to come out.

EDIT: sounds like the hose inside the tank could have broken and is releasing all the fuel pressure inside the tank.
