i just got my car so i dont know how to do it? the gears grind a little.the previous owner took good care of the supra but i dont think he knew he had a highperformance car so he proably just used standard fluid.i want to use redline or royal purple .whats better?
where the drain plug at and the refil point also?
"grind a little"....I think the previous owner knew he had a high performance car. There's a plug to drain and plug to check manual tranny. See image here

the bottom plug to drain - above it to fill and check level. Fill till it overflows. I use the bottles and a cheap piece of hose from auto store that I toss when done. The plugs are M10 (30,40) and you will see them - I think the 1/2 rachet end fits right into the square but can' remember for sure
There's a section posted on this site about the tranny and rear end oil pro's and cons. My tranny shifts into any gear with no grind.
I raised the front onto ramps to get under myself and changed it twice - once to get the old stuff out and then again so its ALL new stuff rinsed out.
