How did you replace your injectors?

I'm going to install my 550's and was wondering how you guys did it. Meaning, did you removed the TB...the whole upper plenum...or were you able to do it without removing any of the above.

It looks like it'll definitely be tight; but, there just might be enough room to get it done without removing any of it.

Put mine in with the upper plenum removed, popped the fuel rail out.. sucks either way really lol, I didn't think it could be done unless you have a small handed brother/sister hangin around

I would assume it'd depend on the turbo... are you talking CT-26? or an upgraded version or?

Upper Plenum is not hard to remove.

I didn't remove the plenum. I took off the throttle body, but left everything together. Don't pull apart more than you need to, it speeds up reassembly.

Here's a ballpark:

Injector size: 550 cc/min injectors(52.4 lbs/hour)
Number of injectors: 6
BSFC: 0.60
Duty cycle: 0.80

This combination will supply fuel for 419 crank horsepower
