I can tell you for a fact the guys loading and unloading the trucks throw the boxes around.:3d_frown:

Some do yes, same with people at any store throwing stuff you buy there too. Not to mention any other shipping service, you think theres some magical company doesnt throw/drop your stuffs? Ill toss a box if I know whats in it and know it wont hurt it(box of paper). I wont throw anything that Im unsure of. Also, by throwing I dont mean launching 20 feet into the air.

Its up to people to pack the stuff to handle the abuse. Use old beer boxs, they are really solid and free! Pad the hell out of anything inside also, crumbled news paper goes along way if you dont have proper material.

Ive seen stuff like a single brake rotor in a box 3 times too big with no padding. Of course the rotor is just moving all over the box causing problems. Every try to pick up a heavy box only to have the contents shift suddenly, it sucks.

How do you lose such a large item?

You deliver it to the wrong addr then have no record of what happened?

Happened to me actually sending my brother a package. The driver dropped it off at a neighbors house and didnt notice it was the Wrong addr.

A local UPS driver that goes to a walmart screwed up Royal. He had 20 some boxs for some old lady and didnt really read the labels when he dropped the stuff of to her. He just grabbed the pile and scanned them assuming they were all for this old lady. Well they werent, 1 happened to be a walmart package, full of jewelry worth thousands. The old lady was honest and called walmart to have them pick it up. How often will someone be honest when they suddenly have a free box of stuff...

Oh also, put shipping papers INside the box!! So many times a label on the outside can get totally screwed up or lost, if theres no thing inside your screwed. Also put an invoice, if boxs break open and stuff is all over we need to know what box it goes to.

Not honest very often.
A UPS driver here in town forgot to close the door in the back and continued driving around town.
A person I know (nameless) saw this, followed in his car.

Picked up a few of the trail of boxes, never did say what he found.
Yeah he doesn't have much for morals.
Lost some respect for that guy.
