how close is the 5mge intake to the 7mge?

Saw that as well, pretty neat but if it's the tuned one I think it is it's not going to be ideal for our cars.

Doubt it will bolt up though, IIRC the intake side is quite different on the 5M compared to the 7M...

After a closer look, definately not going to work, our lower manifold doesn't come that close together.

don't think i've ever had the chance to look at a mk2's engine bay up close that didn't have a 7m in it.

Dig through the web site a little more, he makes a 6 throttle manifold for the 7M.

I had several e-mails through a local guy on craigslist who said he owns an ITB company that had applications for all types of cars. I wasn't funded enough to dig deeper into his company. Maybe it was this one, IDK.

He sells the 7M port flanges on eBay.
I picked one up for a rainy day project.
Very nice machine work.
