I searched but couldn't find any info on how much is excessive damage to the honeycomb. This is what I'm working with. Is it worth trying to repair or should I just replace it?

I had only a few bends in my old AFM and that alone caused my car to run like ass. Id say replace it.

I'd replace it. I'm sure the frequency is determined by the airflow across the honeycomb. I didn't think they'd run properly without it. Should'nt be hard to find a parts one...I have one if you can't. gl.
