on the way in town today I saw a yellow and black 87-88 mk3 on I-295 you all know whos it is?

Not directly but I have seen him at Sonic a few times.....uke:

His dash yellow on the inside too, he had mix matched wheels and a crystal ball hanging from his rearview when i saw him :slap:

I got new .020 over JE's ordered today. Eagle Rods will be here next weekend. Block is going to the machine shop when my pistons get here. Crank will be balanced and polished up. Not sure if i'll need alot of work on it yet. I will start with mostly stock parts on the outside, built block on the inside, and go from there. YaY! It's FINALLY coming together!

More tuning was done last night.....Matt and I went a bit more agressive this time and took it to the 12s under boost. Still can't figure out that damn high idle issue i am having......it just idles at 1000-1100 and kinda fluctuates. I also have a freakin misfire which we think is caused by the weak charge of the coilpack. All of these little nagging problems but damn that thing pulls hard....:evil2:
