hot wheel, crazy thumping and vibration

my car was sitting for four+ years before i bought it.
My first drive home today reveled some scary things. It was doing ok then I had to use the brakes, they where rusted but it all came off after a few miles (stopped and checked).
The car pulls hard to the left wile braking, the right is making this thumping noise and a lot of vibration is coming from that side all the time so bad i thought I had a flat. the wheel is hot after a short drive.
I think that the router is warped and the caliper is stuck, would that make the whole car vibrate?

Sounds like a stuck caliper. If it's been sitting for that long I'd do the brakes, turn the rotors if they can be turned, if not replace them. If the caliper is stuck, replace pairs

turned the rotors my napa store let me watch the right one was warped. still have thumping and vibration not as bad but I think maybe flat spotted tires, dont know never had flat spotted tires before. but it also seems that the car is very sloppy

Check for a shifted belt. When a tire shifts a belt, all hell can break loose.

tires are fine i drove to bob sumerel tire to have them balance them on the way there flat spots came out when the tires heated up.
