Goes to heater vsv

do this if you need to bypass it, otherwise connect it to hose off vsv

edit: and the other end connects to the empty side of this 'T' on the firewall

I'm going to have to save the damn vaccuum diagram to the PSP. I've eliminated the heater and EGR. Thanks btw!
