sigh, I just installed my new upper intercooler pipe today with an hks BOV recirculated............

HOWEVER, there is one HUGE F'ing problem

the hood is hitting the BOV

I had the hks angled so that the it tip is pointing directly at the turbo inlet pipe so it would fit snuggly in the recirculation opening

which makes the ass of the BOV hit my hood

my question is this, anyone ever tried to use hood spacers to make this thing clear?

how the hell can I make this work..........

I come from a land down under
Got pics of the piping?

Spacers aren't a great idea as it lets the plenum in front of the screen suck in oily fumes and this feeds into the car when on the fresh air setting.

as you can see by the last pic, the hood will not close all the way down at the moment, and if I run a vaccuum line, the hood will cut it clean off
