Last night on my way to get dinner I was really not paying attention to other cars arround me. I have a manual boost controller and turned it up a bit trying to get to about 15psi, anyway there was a CRX behind me and I looked arround to see if I could floor it to see what the boost was . I saw someone too close to me. I punched it and read about 1.0 bar, left the car behind me a bit but he did a good job of keeping up. when I slowed down he pulled next to me and we talked for a min. he seemed to be a nice guy. He told me his 4 cylinder was at 12:1 compression and I did not have time to get any info on his mods. I told him I was trying to set my boost level and did not notice him. I was thinking he was going to bad mouth the heavy supra's but he did not. It was not really a "race" but that little CRX kept up with me.
It was the first time that has happened to me, I dont race on the street and we only hit maby 75mph. I was not looking to race just see the boost level. I wanted to post the story because I wont really get any other story's unless its a fluke like this was.. :biglaugh: I must admit it was a little fun :naughty:
