HKS Tems controller Question

Hey guys!

I need some info on the HKS tems controller. Hard to wire? Direct plug and play? Worth 215? Big difference?

I just need some input from users who have this!

very easy, comes with harness you plug into stock wiring down by passenger kick panel. Hardest part is taking center dash piece off (easy), taking lower panel under glove box off (easy) and the passenger kick panel off (easy)

so in sum, its easy to install

if having full firm tems is cool to you, then yes it makes a "big" difference. It works as advertised. You can lock it into a mode or put it in "auto" while also locking a mode, but the system will overide for a stiffer setting if conditions warrant. (i.e. you can lock soft, but if you jam the brakes, it will go to firm as the factory system would) (which can be nice at highway speeds on stiffer springs and bigger rims to soften the ride up, although the safety of this can be debated, but just put it in auto then)

and most important reason, it looks AWESOME, and changes pretty colors when you press the buttons

Hell... if you can pick it up for $215 (and wouldn't have advertised that fact here) you could have sold it and made a little profit.

You will also have to give the unit power. Its not entirely plug and play like Red Dragon claims.

I would buy it for $215, and never ever sell it. They are nice additions to the interior of the car.

Personally I love my Tein setup, but if I was still on stock suspension $215 would seriously tempt me. Those HKS controllers usually sell in the $500 range.
