It only happens on certain cars, it's a hit, or miss with the supra. Mine never did it either, it only backfired if I granny shifted after coming out of boost.
My car would some times die at the light and i was like wtf? I would hate the way it idle some times. So i just got a bhg and that solve my problems lol. Were can i get the fitting to send it back to the intake>?
Simple: Cap off the BPV port on the 3000 pipe, installing SSQV with recir. fitting, and plumb the new hose from the BOV back to the accordian hose where the stock BPV was plumbed at, don't forget to hook up the BOV's vacuum hose.
Well yeah, I knew what to do, but not how to do it. I had trouble finding a hose that would turn that sharp and not kink. But eventually I ended up going the long way around. It seems to be working fine.
Ever seen the HKS BOV kit specifically for the 7M-GTE supra? Imagine that in place of the plastic pipe comming off of the 3000 pipe, and going to the one in the fender well and there you have it.

See the little caps for the stock bypass valve? don't put them on and just use a y connector like you asked and you're good to go.
